Abstract
Wheat production is an important agricultural activity worldwide, and China is the leader. According to 2021 data, China produced 105Mt of wheat, making it the largest producer. China is actively engaged in modernizing and innovating its agricultural sector, which has led to increased productivity. On the other hand, China’s main challenge in wheat production is that it faces environmental issues such as soil degradation and depletion of water resources. In addition, with the increase in global demand, China’s production has been steadily increasing. However, production has fluctuated due to factors such as climate change and market fluctuations. China’s wheat production plays an important role in global food security, and its trends have a significant impact on the world food market.
Wheat foods (worldwide)
China’s rapid growth in wheat production is remarkable. China has significantly increased wheat production between 1961 and 2021, reaching a record figure of 105 Mt in 2021. This increase has been supported by China’s agricultural policy reforms, technological innovations, and agricultural production modernization. Urbanization and population growth associated with China’s economic growth have increased the demand for wheat and contributed to increased production. However, the 100% figure at the peak suggests that future growth is limited in China, a mature agricultural market. This will likely lead to a sustainable growth rate in China’s wheat production in the future. At the same time, China will need to adopt more effective agricultural policies and technologies to address climate change and environmental issues, as well as the demands of food security. China’s wheat production is characterized by its rapid increase and sustainability issues.

Wheat as food (latest year, world)
Wheat production occupies a key position in global agriculture, and the 2021 data highlights its importance. China’s record production of 105 Mt led the market total price, bringing the overall total to 542 Mt. With an average production of 2.95 Mt, it can be seen that China’s production volume directly determines market trends. Wheat is grown worldwide and plays an essential role in food security. The balance between demand and supply is important in the global wheat market, and production is particularly affected by climate change and weather volatility. Therefore, forecasting wheat production and maintaining its stability is important from the perspective of global food security. Wheat prices are also closely related to other agricultural products, making them an important factor in understanding trends in the global agricultural market.

Wheat Food (Continent)
Asia’s record wheat production of 322 Mt indicates Asia’s leading position in the global wheat market. This is the largest production since 1961, highlighting Asia’s position as the leading wheat producing region. Wheat production in Asia is supported by populous countries such as China and India, and demand is increasing with the economic and population growth of these countries. Wheat production in Asia is also driven by advances in agricultural technology and reforms in agricultural policies. On the other hand, there are also stability challenges for wheat production in Asia due to factors such as climate change and natural disasters. These factors cause fluctuations in wheat production, affecting the global wheat market. Wheat production in Asia is characterized by efforts to meet increasing demand and efforts at technological innovation. As Asia leads the world in wheat production, efforts that take into account both sustainable agricultural development and environmental protection will become increasingly important in the future.

Wheat food (latest year, continent)
Wheat production data for 2021 shows that Asia recorded the highest overall. Asia plays an important role in the global wheat market, with a production of 322 Mt. The average production was 88.7 Mt, suggesting that large wheat-producing regions in Asia are pushing up the average value in the overall market. This data makes it clear that Asia is the major wheat-producing region. Meanwhile, the overall total was 532 Mt, indicating that regions other than Asia also contribute to wheat production. The balance between demand and supply is important for the global wheat market, and Asian production has a large impact on the overall global wheat market. Wheat production in Asia is supported by increasing demand due to economic growth and population growth, as well as advances in agricultural technology. However, wheat production also faces challenges due to factors such as climate change and weather volatility. As sustainable agricultural development and environmental protection become increasingly important, the global wheat market is calling for efforts to ensure stability.
